My name is Kathryn Morton. I am married to my wonderful husband, Alex Morton, and we have an AussieDoodle named Maverick (the true love of my life, sorry alex!). I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology/Dietetics from the University of Montevallo and a Master’s degree in clinical human nutrition from the University of Alabama. I have been a registered dietitian for 1 year working with the PPC of UAB and Children’s Hospital of Alabama where I assisted in the Cystic Fibrosis & the CPAP clinics along with conducting research for my Masters Degree. I am now on a new journey as my husband and I packed it all up and moved to New Zealand where I have started work at Lululemon.
My whole life has revolved around health and wellness all starting because of my Grandma who was a dietitian way before nutrition was even thought about. The legend is I turned orange when I was a kid because I ate too many carrots. Moral of the story is sometimes it’s better to eat a cookie, but I digress. I have taught numerous cooking classes, performed private consultations for specific needs in diets, given presentations on different areas of nutrition and wellness.
