4) Ripe peeled bananas
(⅓) Cup almond butter
(½) Cup whole wheat flour or coconut flour if GF
(¼) tsp baking powder
(¼) tsp Baking soda
(2) tsp cinnamon
(2) tsp ground cloves
(2) tbsp pumpkin seeds
(2) tbsp vegan chocolate chips → can buy at the vegan shop in Ponsonby
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds in a blender or food processor
- Blend ingredients on medium – high for 40-50 seconds or until smooth
- Stir in pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips with a large spoon
- Place baking paper in a bread pan
- Pour batter in pan and smooth with a spoon
- Bake @180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown on top
